How Long, O LORD?
May 2, 2020 Preacher: Hagop Tchobanian Series: Psalter Sampler
Topic: Psalms of Lament Passage: Psalm 13:1–6
What do you do when you are deeply distressed? When you enter the dark night of the soul, how do you manage? 1 out of 3 psalms address this issue - they are lament psalms. Biblical lament is the honest cry of a hurting heart wrestling with the paradox of pain and the promise of God’s goodness. This Sunday we look at Psalm 13.
